Regalia of transcendence/caiju of famine

the powers of these items are closely linked to death and evil as a whole, the regalia consists of 8 items- 4 that destroy and 4 that protect.
Protection- the spaulder of evil, spaulder of fire, belt of time, crown of fate.
Destruction- Gauntlet of fire, dagger of fate, staff of evil, gauntlet of time
the emperor has the destruction set.

the jade emperor is believed to be possessed by the immortal pattern of famine leading to his search for these items.

As of the GEF the wellspring of lore was currently in telluria and was being monitored by them whenever it moved.

The 4 quarters of the egg or factions each link to a separate ideal.
The Orissians-war
The Telurians-Peace
The Heartlands-Feast
The Cathayans-Famine

each of these is believed to have a regalia/caiju linked to them though as yet the items are not known to us.

in the past the cathayans have shunned ritual magic but have recently been practicing it on a grand scale to a degree that their ritual circles have all been linked meaning that when one of them activates the entire network lights up blazing brightly.

Both the emperor and his counterpart in nihon the shogun are creatures called gazed, spiritual beings of a sort, Nihon has offered aid in dealing with the situation.

It has also become clear that Satuun has allied himself with the jade emperor, possibly due to the vast numbers and power level of undead in Cathay that he can control and thus use against his enemies (basically Us as a nation).

the 4 ideals mentioned above each link to 4 aspects, I believe that the other items will be named for these aspects (2 items per aspect)

Feast- water, spirit, fortune, good
Famine- Fire, Time, Fate, Evil
Peace- Air, Magic, Illusion, Law
War- Earth, Knowledge, Reality, Chaos

these ideals and their aspects form a diagram of concentric circles with the element on the outside and each set of four ideals is linked in the circle.
