A mercenary company that was formed far into the history of Edreja notable for their prowess on the battlefield and in the taverns of which ever land they where serving at the time.

In 1112 after a failed attempt to gain a contract with the Unicorn faction and refusing to stay with the Lions, Captain Sangrim managed to secure a deal to fight for the Tarantulas during a troubled time for the Nation. For a reward after a year of service they were awarded Uzzi City by the faction to rule over, seeing much ire from the previously ruling drow houses.

Back then they were nothing more than human thump monkeys, useful for nothing but to fight and die. However in 1116 after heavy losses on one campaign, seeing only one of their number returning, they began recruiting from the noble houses of Uzzi City. Now the company has a mix of old humans from the surface, escaped slaves, wanderers and drow whose famly have sent to garner favour with the company.

The Wolverines continue to be a powerful military force, with several Tarantulan generals and war commanders being drawn from their ranks. Their warcry is feared across Edreja.

In 1120 - Due to Leader of the wolverines being KIA,  The Wolverines were disbanded with the remaining members moving between different nations
